Sauvetage Région 02 is a non-profit organization, which has given itself a double mission:

	To operate a group of volunteers specialized in search and rescue at the service of the civilian authorities and the population of Saguenay Lac St-Jean.
	To organize and dispense, for the regional population, workshops and training in prevention, First-Aid, Search and Rescue, nautical safety, etc…
